TREATMENT FOSTER CARE

Our treatment foster care program provides foster home placement and services to children and youths impacted by neglect and/or abuse.  LifeWorks recruits foster parents to partner with to provide a safe, caring, and temporary home for children and youth in out-of-home care.

INDEPENDENT LIVING PROGRAM 

LifeWorks Independent Living Program provides a structured, rigorous, and goal-oriented program for youth ages 17 to 20 who have demonstrated readiness to take necessary steps to achieve independence. Youths receive supervision, life skills training, recreation, and case management, including employment development/placement, education advocacy and support, health coordination, and referrals.
